xpdev: treat U+2060 Word Joiner as a zero-width character
unicode_is_zerowidth() listed U+FEFF but not U+2060, its replacement
for in-text use since Unicode 3.2 and now the UTF-8 detection probe
(see the preceding answer.cpp change for #1284). So U+2060 in text was
measured as one column, and on conversion to CP437 came out as the unsupported-character glyph instead of being dropped like the other
zero-width characters.
Add UNICODE_WORD_JOINER to the codepoint enum and to the zero-width
list.
